  Saw a promotion on Facebook for a $29 cryotherapy sessions & wanted to try it since I see UFC; MMA fighters & athletes use cryotherapy to do multiple things for their mind and body. With booking the $29 dollar session, I booked a second session which was for $20 dollars. I have injuries (back is jacked up & got some nerve damage in the back and left arm & hand) & conditions and just standing inside the chamber for like 3 minutes made me feel so much better. Definitely can’t wait for the second session. The staff are so friendly. Definitely recommend this place. Time to take care of your body!
